The authorities of the country you are travelling to require prior validation of passenger health status and individual contact details.

At this time of increased health and safety concerns, we are implementing recommendations from aviation regulators such as the EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency), the ECDC (European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control) and local health authorities, to ensure that we go above and beyond all the necessary precautions to protect your health on every trip.

  • Now complete the Health Authorities’ specific Health Questionnaire

The health authorities at the destination you are flying to require you to provide information about your stay, the state of your health and your contact details. View the health control requirements here and complete the necessary forms.

  • Bring your own mask. You must wear it at all times

Face masks are mandatory at all times, both at the airport and on board the aircraft. We also recommend that you bring a spare mask (standard medical masks should be replaced after around 4 hours of wear).

  • Check-in all your luggage whenever possible

If you have not purchased our priority boarding service for your booking, you will need to check in your one item of hand baggage at the check-in counter before proceeding to the boarding gate. Checking in your hand baggage will be free of charge.

  • Physical distancing during check-in and boarding procedures

Please limit contact with surfaces and people, maintaining a safe distance of between 1.5m and 2m wherever possible. Only make use of airport facilities and services when necessary.

No matter where you are, please do not hesitate to ask our staff and cabin crew if you have any doubts or questions. We are all in this together and will always do our best to help you.
